Return Policy for Nurtured Noggin LLC
At Nurtured Noggin LLC, we take great care in crafting handmade products that are meaningful and unique. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as expected. Below is our return policy:
1. Greeting Cards:
Due to the personalized and handmade nature of our greeting cards, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges for these items.
2. Customized or Personalized Items (including Paper Sculptures):
Any items that are customized or personalized, including our **Paper Whimsies** and other custom creations, cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. We strive to ensure these one-of-a-kind items meet your expectations, but due to their unique nature, they are non-returnable unless there's an issue with their condition upon delivery.
3. Other Non-Customized Items:
For non-customized items, we gladly accept returns if they arrive damaged or defective. To qualify for a return:
- You must contact us within **14 days** of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
4. Return Process:
To initiate a return, please email us at JAK@thenurturednoggin.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or defective item. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is approved, we will provide further instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
6. Non-Returnable Items:
In addition to greeting cards, customized or personalized items, and gift cards, any items marked as sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
7. Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
