Nurtured Noggin Shipping Policy
At Nurtured Noggin LLC, we strive to provide a seamless and caring experience from order to delivery. Please review our shipping policy below:
Free Shipping for Greeting Cards: All greeting cards can be mailed for free via USPS First-Class Mail stamps. Please note, this method is not trackable. If you would like a trackable option, you may choose our ground shipping service at checkout for an additional fee.
Ground Shipping with Tracking: Customers have the option to upgrade to ground shipping, which includes tracking for their items. This method provides peace of mind, allowing you to follow the journey of your package.
Shipping Timeframes:
Greeting Cards: All greeting card orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hours of receiving a paid order. (Please note this time is separate from the shipping times you see at checkout.) You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
Customized Items: For custom shadowboxes, custom-made cards, or orders containing multiple card packs, please allow up to two weeks for your items to be handcrafted and shipped following receipt of payment. (Please note this time is separate from the shipping times you see at checkout.) You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
Orders are shipped via the USPS. Nurtured Noggin considers your order a priority and will process your order as soon as possible; however, there may be delays due to an unusually high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer shipping within the United States. At this time, we do not ship to countries outside of the United States.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at JAK@thenurturednoggin.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
